Meet Miss Felicia Romero, She will be your Fitness Instructor in your Journey to become healthy and fit.

 

Felicia graduated from ASU in 2004 with a B.A. degree in Political Science and aspirations for law school. After taking the LSAT she knew that law school was anot for her. So went back to school and received a Masters in Exercise and Wellness and opened up her very first studio at the age of 22. In late 2013 sold ownership to pursue motivational speaking, writing and to promote health and fitness nationwide. 

 

Becoming a Youth Ambassador and Spokesmodel for Hi Health, a local franchise with over 50 stores in AZ, has allowed Felicia to speak at dozens of high schools and student athletes educating them about proper training, nutrition and supplementation.

 

She was also honored to be presented as the Keynote speaker for the Cesar Chavez Foundation dinner talking to high school seniors about following their passions post high school. With dozens of speeches and presentations given Felicia continues to educate and inform the youth, mainly to the youth across Arizona. 

 

Felicia has been featured in Muscle and Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Oxygen and Flex Magazines, Ironman and Muscular Development. She has graced over 7 covers, Muscle and Fitness hers, Flex magazine’s annual swimsuit issue, Muscle and Performance, Status Fitness and the renowned Oxygen magazine 2 years in a row! 

 

Felicia also is an IFBB Figure Pro, competing at the Pro level for 8 years before retiring. With 5 Pro wins, 3 top 4 finishes at the Figure International and a top 5 finish at the Figure Olympia. Competed all around the country and internationally before deciding to retire.

 

She now hosts her very own successful show, The Felicia Romero Pro Classic, which is a Pro/Am every November held in Arizona. She also works as a local fitness personality with frequent stints on NBC, CBS and her own segment on FOX new called “Felicia Romero’s Fit Method Tip of the Week”. Also, made an appearance on Lifetime’s reality show, called Mission Makeover, as the fitness expert helping the contestants break past their plateau. 

 

With over a decade of experience Felicia has used her years of experience and trials and tribulations to evolve herself into now what is known as Felicia Romero’s Fit Method. Her main focus is to conquer the mind so that you may strengthen the body. Felicia has big plans for Fit Method, so expect one to possibly pop up in a neighborhood near you. Her true passion is helping people reach their fitness goals…..her passion has led to her purpose!

 

And now Felicia Romero, together with Alliance In Motion Global, Inc. and Weider created their own DVD Workout Program and the 90 Day Program for you to witness and experience a Healthy Program on how will you handle you daily lifestyle. Making sure that you will be Healthy and FIT.
